Input your active search parameters and get an operational health score (0–100) with risk flags and recovery signals. The same logic Majhi OS applies to every active mandate in real time.
The Mandate Health Score starts at 100 and deducts points based on six operational signals. Each signal is weighted by its correlation with search stall risk, based on patterns from Majhi OS mandate analysis.
Days open contributes up to 25 points of deduction — a search open past 70 days is statistically in high-risk territory. Reply rate contributes up to 25 points: below 10% reply rate represents near-total outreach failure. Shortlist approval contributes up to 20 points — a 30% approval rate means 70% of recruiter work is invisible to the hiring manager. Recruiter hours contribute up to 15 points, reflecting whether sufficient operational attention is being allocated. Hiring manager response time contributes up to 15 points — slow HM feedback creates candidate drop-off and pipeline decay. Audit trail contributes up to 10 points, reflecting whether the system can recover if a recruiter is unavailable.
A score above 80 is operationally healthy. 50–79 requires active monitoring and targeted intervention. Below 50 indicates mandate distress — recovery action should start immediately.
A real-time operational score (0–100) for an active mandate, tracking recruiter load, outreach response rate, shortlist quality, hiring manager engagement, and audit coverage. It moves before a mandate stalls, not after.
Scores below 50 indicate a mandate in active distress — recovery action is needed immediately. Scores between 50 and 79 indicate early warning signals that require monitoring and targeted intervention. Scores of 80 or above are healthy.
The four most common causes: outreach reply rate below 20%, shortlist approval below 50%, hiring manager response time above 3 days, and mandates open past 70 days without intervention. Multiple factors together create compounding failure.
Majhi OS tracks the same signals this calculator uses — plus recruiter activity patterns, funnel velocity, and SLA adherence — in real time across all active mandates simultaneously. When a score drops below threshold, the system flags it and triggers a recovery sequence.
74% of mandates flagged by Majhi OS are recovered once a structured recovery playbook is applied. The recovery rate drops sharply if intervention is delayed past week 14. Early detection is the primary variable.
