The Majhi OS mandate dashboard shows every active search with its current HRI score, the 7-day trend, and the primary signal driving any change. No status fields to fill in. No weekly updates to chase. The system surfaces what’s happening across all mandates simultaneously.
Mandate Health Board
All active searches displayed by HRI score. At-risk mandates surface to the top automatically. Sorted by signal severity, not by alphabetical order or start date.
Signal Decomposition Panel
Click any mandate to see all five sub-signals. Which one dropped. By how much. Over what timeframe. The system shows the signal, not just the score.
Trend Visualization
7-day and 30-day HRI trend per mandate. See whether a score at 61 is stable, recovering, or declining. Trajectory matters as much as point-in-time score.
Alerts and Recovery
The system acts, not just reports.
When an HRI score breaches a threshold, Majhi OS doesn’t wait for a recruiter to notice. Alerts fire to the relevant team member. Recovery sequence recommendations surface. If the mandate is in critical territory, the system can initiate certain recovery actions autonomously.
Threshold Alerts
Configurable alert thresholds per mandate. Default: alert when HRI drops 15 points in 7 days or falls below 60. Sent to recruiting lead and, optionally, hiring manager.
Recovery Recommendations
When an alert fires, the system surfaces the specific intervention that recovered similar mandates in the same signal-drop pattern. Not generic advice — mandate-specific.
Autonomous Actions
For pre-approved recovery sequences (outreach pivot, alternative sourcing channel, sequence adjustment), Majhi OS can execute automatically without manual trigger.
Executive Visibility Layer
