Composite Calculation
The Health Score weights five dimensions: pipeline depth (25%), outreach response rate (25%), time-in-stage vs. SLO (20%), recruiter capacity utilisation (15%), and candidate engagement trend (15%).
Drill-Down
Click on any score to see which dimension is driving it. Is it pipeline depletion? Response rate decay? SLA proximity? The drill-down tells you what the recovery action should be before you ask.
Trend View
